PRODUCT + AGENTIC AI · 2024–2026
Moving a patented biometric-to-music vision toward a governed, buildable platform
A product and program architecture connecting biometric data, music, AI agents, human review, device integration, intellectual property, and future creator experiences.
The challenge
StateSong begins with an unusually ambitious idea: transform physiological signals into personalized music. Making that idea useful requires more than an algorithm. Research, data rights, musical judgment, agent behavior, device connections, product pathways, cloud delivery, intellectual property, ethics, and commercial strategy all have to move together without allowing future possibilities to outrun present evidence.
Robert’s role
Robert serves as product owner, program architect, creative-domain contributor, and continuity steward across the MediMuse–StateSong ecosystem. He translates the founding vision into phased work, coordinates human and AI contributors, protects the distinction between technical proof and clinical claims, and keeps product, partnership, governance, and delivery decisions connected.
What was built
Separated a focused Phase 1 EEG-to-plugin pipeline from Phase 2 device expansion and later consumer, marketplace, enterprise, research, and clinical pathways
Defined a human-in-the-loop journey for data clearance, run configuration, visible agent execution, expert review, versioned artifacts, and controlled handover
Structured a multi-AI collaboration model spanning technical architecture, cloud implementation, musical judgment, documentation, and governance
Developed device-integration planning, product-pathway architecture, action registers, evidence boundaries, and reusable reflection cycles
What changed
By July 2026, the Phase 1 execution foundation was active with a defined product pathway, delivery gates, expert-review model, and controlled evidence boundary. The work now has a clearer route from visionary intellectual property to reproducible technical proof—without pretending that a prototype is a finished consumer or clinical product.
Evidence boundary
Evidence reviewed includes U.S. Patent 10,369,323 B2, the Phase 1 product architecture, controlled partner and SOW records, the StateSong Action Register, device-integration plans, technical architecture, and the multi-AI collaboration guide. Product milestones remain qualified until accepted against the active delivery plan.
Connecting strategy, portfolios, resources, financials, and delivery decisions
Enterprise portfolio-management work for pharmaceutical environments where visibility, governance, regulatory work, and executive judgment must remain connected.
The challenge
Large organizations do not lack project data; they struggle to turn it into a coherent operating picture. Strategic objectives, initiatives, budgets, resources, KPIs, regulatory programs, dependencies, and executive decisions often live in different systems and rhythms. Adding AI without first connecting that work simply accelerates fragmentation.
Robert’s role
As a OnePlan senior program/project manager and solution consultant on the pharmaceutical team, Robert led end-to-end platform delivery and configuration, translated business and portfolio needs into workable structures, and coordinated global business, technical, financial, and regulatory stakeholders.
What was built
Aligned initiatives and portfolios to strategic objectives, prioritization criteria, budgets, resources, and KPIs
Configured executive visibility, portfolio reporting, financial planning, and resource-management pathways
Managed cross-functional programs with RAID discipline, governance, dashboards, and decision-ready reporting
Applied the same operating rigor to regulatory submissions, capital initiatives, facility programs, and global process deployments
What changed
The documented experience records stronger portfolio visibility, financial planning, and resource management across large pharmaceutical implementations. It also demonstrates a durable consulting pattern: understand the decisions leaders need to make, structure the underlying work and data, and configure the platform around that operating model.
Evidence boundary
Supported by Robert’s OnePlan employment history, AI/PPM résumé, retained project materials, and professional recommendations. Client-confidential configuration details and unsupported numerical benefit claims are intentionally excluded from this first public narrative.
Turning scattered AI assistance into a persistent production partnership
A living personal operating environment that connects projects, priorities, evidence, decisions, creative production, and reusable AI-assisted workflows while preserving Robert’s ownership.
The challenge
AI conversations can produce useful answers while still losing the larger thread. Files scatter, decisions disappear, promising experiments multiply, and each new tool starts without the lessons of the last one. Robert needed a system that could support several professional, creative, and personal initiatives without handing authorship or authority to the AI.
Robert’s role
Robert is the originator, owner, and final decision-maker. Working with Trebor as a reflective production partner, he designed the priorities, boundaries, voice, and recursive principles. Together they have been converting those decisions into a maintained architecture that can organize, challenge, build, remember, and improve through real use.
What was built
Created a modular source-of-truth architecture for consulting, StateSong, music, personal work, governance, and system development
Established portfolio dashboards, a three-initiative work-in-progress limit, task registers, weekly reviews, and explicit decision and blocker tracking
Defined human–AI collaboration rules that keep production first, preserve ownership, require candor, and capture reusable learning
Converted repeated work into standards, playbooks, templates, and executable skills for future projects
What changed
The operating system is active—not a concept deck. It currently coordinates RJ AI Works, MediMuse–StateSong, rOjO music, archive integration, and personal work. Completed efforts now leave behind reusable records and production methods, making the next cycle faster, clearer, and less dependent on memory alone.
Evidence boundary
Demonstrated by the live operating environment, program dashboard, task and decision registers, controlled project modules, AI collaboration standards, production playbooks, website builds, and reusable artifact-making skills. Private personal content remains outside the case-study boundary.

INTEGRATED DIGITAL DELIVERY
One operating picture across a complex digital portfolio
A consolidated plan, operating rhythm, and common RAID structure connected brand sites, mobile applications, telehealth, data, marketing platforms, and delivery partners. At the archived August 29 status point, 149 risks, actions, issues, and decisions were tracked, with 92 recorded as closed.

Robert designed and tested an original model connecting project economics and roadmaps to technical execution—anticipating the integrated work-management patterns organizations now pursue with connected PPM platforms and AI-supported delivery data.

SECURITY + GOVERNANCE
Identity risk translated into governable programs
IAM, MFA, SSO, provisioning, recertification, role governance, compliance, and phased delivery were structured into programs with explicit scope, approvals, milestones, controls, and executive reporting.
